Being located in Kent, we are blessed with some of the UK’s finest produce. The variety and quality on offer is superb, whether it’s meat and fish or fruit and vegetables.

Among the delights that Kent has to offer is a wide variety of seafood, most notably Dover sole and oysters from Whitstable. In terms of meat produce, there is also the acclaimed Romney Marsh lamb. But it's as the Garden of England that Kent is best known, and the array of seasonal fruit and vegetables is stunning. As a caterer, we are spoilt for choice in using these fine ingredients.
